How it started vs how it ended 🏃🏽‍♀️

Flashback to training for my marathon last year. Loved having a goal to train for.

Seeking my next focus, weightlifting meet, half marathon with a faster finishing time, 2-gun competition. Lots of things I want to do, first to pick a goal and the then train and create a plan of action.

If you yourself are struggling with a plan of action for your training, nutrition, balancing work/life, or mindset, connect with me and we can talk.
