Something really stood out at yesterday’s media event for the all-new Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift at Universal Studios Hollywood. 🎢

Not one celebrity from the Fast & Furious franchise attended the event.

Even more interesting: none of the franchise stars appear in the attraction itself — including the produced video elements.

Considering how closely Fast & Furious has always been associated with its cast, that feels like a significant change.

Could this be a sign that Universal is shifting away from celebrity-driven theme park attractions?

What do you think?
