Kids pick up on way more than we realize.

I never sat Nova down and told him he needed to love working out. He’s just been around it his whole life. Now at 7, grabbing some dumbbells and getting a little workout in is completely normal to him. 😂

That’s really the goal. Not to make him a bodybuilder. Not to force him into anything. Just show him from a young age that taking care of yourself is part of life.

Whatever he does with it from here is up to him.

But judging by these videos… I think he got the message. 😂💪
