People see Nova flexing and obviously we joke about the abs and the poses 😂, but the part I actually care about has nothing to do with how he looks.

He enjoys moving his body. He likes getting stronger. He gets excited when he can do something today that he couldn’t do before.

At 7 years old, that’s the win.

I don’t care what sport he plays or whether he ever touches a weight when he gets older. If he grows up confident, healthy, and understanding that taking care of himself is just part of life, then Dad did his job. ❤️

The muscles are just a cool side effect. 😂💪
