He’s 7, but when we train together I treat him like one of the boys. 😂

I love that he actually wants to do this stuff with me. I’m not worried about how much he can lift or how many reps he can do. At his age, I just want training to be something he associates with having fun, challenging himself, and spending time with Dad.

One day he’ll probably be the one pushing me to keep up.

Until then… Dad’s still got him. 😂💪❤️
