This simple gameday cocktail uses just two ingredients, so it’s a great option for football parties and even tailgating. It’s a tall, fizzy, easy sipper that pairs well with whatever snacks are on the menu.

Two-Ingredient Rum Spiked Lemonade

Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz Koloa Kaua‘i Gold Rum
• 4 oz sparkling Sicilian lemonade
• Fresh lemon slices for garnish, optional

Directions:

If desired, lay several thin lemon slices along the side of a tall serving glass.
Fill the serving glass with ice.
Add the rum to the serving glass, then fill with sparkling Sicilian lemonade to the top.

Ingredient Note:
If you can’t find sparkling Sicilian lemonade, try mixing equal parts low-sugar lemonade and soda water.
