The BYD side:
📅 August delivery promised — still nothing in September
📞 Calls not picked up
🗣️ No response, no updates, no timeline

The Deepal & Oshan side:
⏳ Delays happened here too — that’s normal
✅ But they answer. They explain. They give you a date.

That’s the whole point. Delays are understandable. Being ignored isn’t.
