🚵 Kate Courtney | Mountain Biking | World Champion • World Cup Overall Champion • Olympian

Kate Courtney’s parents never tried to control her journey.

When training got harder, they didn’t tell her to stop. They found different ways to support it.

One parent literally lit the road. The other protected her future, choosing education, negotiating contracts, and making sure success never came at the expense of the person she was becoming.

Sometimes great parenting isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about making sure your child can keep moving.

⁉️ Are you trying to control your child’s pace or simply helping them keep going? ⁉️

👩‍🔬 I spent years decoding what elite athlete parents actually did. The uncomfortable truth about how champions are really made.

🏘️🌴 It takes a strategic village to raise an athlete. This is your village. 🥇
