Last Friday, our PR Planning Process class (JCOM 471/571) with Kelli Matthews headed to Portland to meet with the @trailblazers Communications Team. Students are currently developing strategies to expand Gen Z engagement with the Blazers, and getting real-world insight was invaluable. From behind-the-scenes access to the broadcasting crew to ending the night with a Blazers win over the Grizzlies, it was an unforgettable experience 🏀✨
