There’s a plant-based mushroom cafe in Portland 💚

thedustedcup debuted its all-vegan cafe in the winter of 2025. 

The drink menu includes a ton of mushroom-infused drinks, I recommend the Shroomie Matcha Latte with Lion’s Mane. 

This hub is currently offering smoked vegan wings as part of Portland Mercury’s Wing Week. The vegan wings are seasoned with a garlic-herb rub, then tossed in your choice of Creamy Lion’s Mane Buffalo or Reishi Pineapple BBQ sauce.

You can also find breakfast options here such as a tofu scramble, and the sandwich menu features BBQ & Buffalo soy curl wraps, and a smoke tofu sandwich.
