A single-cylinder 125cc two-stroke from a small Italian factory near Venice. Aprilia won multiple world championships with it. But what it really produced was a generation of riders who arrived in the bigger classes already knowing how to win.

The 125cc class closed in 2012. The riders it built are still racing for world titles.
