The Nolan Wells case saw another development Monday after a grand jury in Mississippi unanimously decided there was no evidence of criminal activity in his death. Attorneys Tyler Cox and Edward Andrew Paltzik, who both represent Wells’ friends, join “CUOMO” to discuss the grand jury’s ruling. Last month, several of Wells’ friends — Jax Pitalo, Warren Hudson and Morgan Seymour — announced their intention to file a lawsuit against Rev. Al Sharpton for defamation.
