Josh Rice is one of the drivers that didn't come to the early years but in just 2 attempts has made the show each time.  Last year, he had a DNF but his very first year scored a solid 7th place finish.  I mean how can you not think of Dome and know that Josh Rice is clearly going to be a contender!
