A delicious breakfast sandwich that’s ready in under 5 minutes? Yes and Yes!

1. Whisk 2 eggs with 1tbsp mayo and a pinch of salt. Transfer to small, greased dish and microwave for 60 seconds.

2. In a hot skillet sear a few slices of mortadella and top with American cheese. 

3. Toast your brioche buns and assemble.
