‘He’s basically football’s very own culture war’ Russell Martin continues to be a divisive figure in football as he ploughs on with his work at Leicester City trying to employ a possession based style of play while winning. So far it’s been a mixed bag as he finds his side 13th in League One after seven games played. And with growing criticism of his role at the club, the Football Weekly panel pose the question if it’s his off-the-pitch politics, Martin is a vocal supporter of the Green Party and is vegan, has any bearing on the scrutiny he receives. #russellmartin #leicester #rangers #efl #footballtiktok
