Y’all… 3 whole inches down in my ARMS. My ARMS! The spot I’ve been working for YEARS that has not gotten smaller! 🙌🏾

Y’all know I’m so real when I say I’ve trained, lifted, pushed, showed up consistently — for years — and my arms just would. not. budge. 

I really had made peace with thinking that’s just how my body was built. Because I’d done lots of exercise and they were the same size. No movement. 

Throw in being in perimenopause and that doesn’t help. Hormones shift, metabolism slows, your body starts holding onto things it never used to. I had realized that the same workouts that used to work just don’t hit the same anymore. 

Sis, it’s not just you.

Oh but honey, I’ve found a solution to add to my “ish I’m not gatekeeping for the ladies” toolkit and it’s Invisared! 

I stay in the chiropractor jernigan_chiro and I was told they have a weight management section and of course I had to see what’s up. 

Three months later, the invisaredtech treatments since  mid-May have my arms down 3 inches combined (1.5” per arm)! 

Let me be clear… I have been weight and strength training mostly consistently for nearly 15 years and I have NEVER found a solution to shrink my arms… UNTIL NOW! Now let that resonate.
