Some of y’all think turning 40 means slowing down. And DOES! 🤭 And in others ways, baby I’ve sped up! 

So to speak, I’ve traded the clurb for the couch and I’ve never felt more powerful. 

I’m ok with saying no as a full sentence, and at the same time I’m looking forward to my next girls’ meetup. Does that make sense?

It’s the part of life where we’re leaning heavily on balance. 

The best part is, no more proving, no more performing — just peace, receipts, and a whole lot of “no thank you — but still remember to invite me next time.” And neither party is bothered by the exchange. 

We’re matching energy over here by all means necessary.
