Ad | after a heartbreaking loss and not understanding my health to the fullest, I started tracking my cycle with flohealthapp I always knew I wanted to try again when I was ready so I tracked my cycle for 5 months and Flo helped me understand my predicted fertility window. Trying to conceive is a daunting process and understanding my health better allowed me to be kinder to myself. I’m so grateful I did and to have my baby girl with me today.
