The advice I won’t ignore from Create & Cultivate ✨

Two days surrounded by powerhouse women, big ideas, honest conversations, and the kind of reminders that stick with you long after you leave.

“When you are authentic, no one can copy you.” christinakirkman

“The only person you need to catch up to is yourself.” whitney

Work smarter: externalize everything. Write it down, dump it, schedule it, delegate it, or park it. thepsychdoctormd

“People, passion & delusional optimism.” A little delusional optimism can take you pretty far. - Heidi Schutz

“The world in which I fit will exist.” chrishell.stause

“Nothing comes without a little bit of risk.” emmagrede

That last one might be the biggest reminder of all: stop waiting to feel completely ready.

Start anyway. 🤍

Thank you createcultivate for inviting me to attend as a small business forever grateful 🫶 and iamcardib closing out the weekend was epic! #createandcultivate #womeninbusiness
