Egg whites held the title for decades. The yolk deserves a rematch. 🍳

🥚 Egg whites are basically pure protein. 3.6g for 18 calories, no fat, no cholesterol, and all nine essential amino acids.

🟡 But almost everything else lives in the yolk: vitamin A, B12, vitamin D, choline, selenium. The white has 0% daily value of most of them.

💪 Calorie for calorie, whites still win on protein. Eat 74 calories of egg whites and you get nearly 15g vs. 6.2g in one whole egg.

The move isn't picking a side. Add whites to whole eggs and you get the protein without losing the nutrients.
