We are so excited to announce our eighth and final Old Master for the 2020 program! Dr. Ken Armstrong graduated from the College of Liberal Arts in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. In 2018 he received his Honorary Doctorate from Purdue University. Dr. Armstrong is currently a senior reporter for ProPublica. As one of the most awarded journalists in American history, Dr. Ken Armstrong is a two-time individual winner and a two-time shared winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Reporting. He is also a winner of the Peabody Award. Dr. Armstrong is a former Neiman Fellow and Princeton McGraw Professor of Writing. His work is currently being featured in the Golden Globe and Primetime Emmy-nominated Netflix series, Unbelievable. We are incredibly excited to honor Dr. Ken Armstrong and our seven other Old Masters for the 70th year of Purdue Old Masters! #UnitingGenerations
