We’re so excited to announce our next Old Master! Luke Marklin graduated from Purdue University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from the College of Engineering. He went on to earn his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 2012. During his time at Purdue, Marklin was actively involved in the Old Masters Program and Sigma Chi Fraternity. After graduating, Marklin jumped into his career as a Project Manager at Barton Malow Company where he led 300+ employees and won $77M of work. He then worked at Emerson Industrial Automation in marketing and strategic planning, traveling globally to influence new product development, sales, and operations. Marklin later became the General Manager of Uber Atlanta for two years before earning the CEO position at Bellhop, where he has increased the company’s growth exponentially. As a servant leader, Marklin displayed his humility when he decided to give his personal car to a Bellhop employee who had walked 20 miles to work after his car broke down. We cannot wait to gain wisdom and knowledge from this incredibly accomplished Boilermaker!
