SHE DID THAT 😭 THAT WAS THEN… and baby THIS IS NOW 😭😭😭

Sometimes I genuinely forget how far I’ve come until I put the videos side by side and I’m like… GIRL??? LOOK AT YOU. 🥹

The clips you see in the beginning are me in 2024. I was struggling with PCOS, my relationship with food, my body and honestly just trying to figure out WHAT actually worked for me.

Then around March/April 2025 I finally said okay… something has to change.

Not “I need to be skinny.”
Not “I need to lose 75 lbs.”
Just… I want to feel GOOD again.

So I started.

And it was NOTTTT some cute overnight transformation 💀 It has been over a YEAR of learning how to eat differently, prioritizing protein, understanding my PCOS, walking, Pilates, dancing, getting my butt in the gym 😭, falling off sometimes, getting back up and figuring out how to make all of this actually fit into MY life.

And now here we are… 75 LBS DOWN. 🙌🏼

But pleaseeeee understand when I say the girl in those before videos deserves just as much love as the girl you see now.

She’s literally the reason I’m here.

I didn’t wake up one day magically motivated. I just kept choosing myself a little more and a little more until eventually… I looked in the mirror and realized

oh shit.

I’m actually becoming HER. 🥹

So if you’re watching this thinking you’re too far away from where you want to be… babe, START WHERE YOU ARE.

A year from now you might be looking back at today saying…
