About 3 years ago, I bought a vintage 3D film camera on eBay.

I took it everywhere and loved the effect... but the problems started adding up:

• 1 film roll only gave you 16 shots. Combine that with the rising cost of film, 1 shoot could easily cost you over $50.

• Production stopped in the 1980s. Crank levers get stuck and finding replacement parts is nearly impossible.

• Developing and scanning took weeks. Waiting a month just to realize your photos were too dark or not framed correctly sucked.

• Once scanned, manually aligning 4 individual layers in Premiere took hours to create the 3D effect.

I loved the look, but I hated the process.

I wanted a way to capture true 3D depth without relying on fragile 40-year- old hardware, expensive film, or tedious rotoscoping. The existing alternatives relied on outdated displacement maps that warped/distorted the subject.

So, I built the solution.. and its called Atmos 3D Pro. Now available on aescripts and my website (link in bio)

• It works from a single image or frame in just 2 clicks.
• Preserves real depth around subjects, crowds, animals, and objects.
• Eliminates rotoscoping, warping, or manual layer alignment.
• Total control over parallax motion directly in AE
