I promise I didn’t forget about you guys. 😂 Between work and what I thought would be a “quick chandelier install,” posting took a tiny vacation this week.

Plot twist: I bought this chandelier YEARS ago.

Plot twist 2: installing it became an entire home renovation side quest involving an old recessed can light, the wrong ceiling brace, a mounting bracket that refused to cooperate, several trips back to the drawing board, and two increasingly determined homeowners. 😂

But after WEEKS of fighting with this ceiling…

SHE. IS. UP. ✨

And she is STUNNING.

I’m putting together a full chandelier installation breakdown next because if you’re trying to replace a recessed light with a heavy chandelier, you might as well learn from everything we did wrong first. 😂
