This Buffalo Chicken Dip is creamy, cheesy, a little spicy, and always one of the first things gone. This dip is perfect for game day, parties, or whenever you need an easy appetizer!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
• 2–2½ cups rotisserie chicken, shredded and finely chopped
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup sour cream
• ¾ cup buffalo sauce
• 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

For topping:
• ½ cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
• ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
2. Fold in the finely chopped rotisserie chicken, 1 cup cheddar, and 1 cup mozzarella.
3. Spread evenly into a baking dish and top with the remaining ½ cup cheddar and ½ cup mozzarella.
4. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted. Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for a golden, bubbly top.
5. Garnish with a drizzle of Buffalo sauce and some chopped green onions. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes and serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, celery, or carrots.
