I’ve never had Botox or fillers. Personal choice , if you do more power to you. 

As a TCM practitioner with a master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I understand the body as a perfect symphony of rhythms, energy, and balance. For me, changing my natural appearance with Botox or fillers wouldn’t feel aligned with the way I understand and honor the body.

I choose to work with what nature has given me—supporting my **qi, vitality, circulation, meridians, acupuncture points, and natural rhythms** to help me look and feel my best.

My goal isn’t to look 20, 30, or even 40 at 50. I want to look like the best version of myself at 50: healthy, vibrant, strong, and full of life.

Health and longevity come first.Looking my age while feeling amazing—that’s the goal.
