## Caption

The 20/60/20 Rule is something I repurposed from my days as a business consultant.  To make change happen in a company - or a society - you don't need to change everyone's minds and behaviors.  20% of people are on board easily, 20% of people will never be.  Focus on the 60% who are not super engaged in this particular issue.  They will be moved by social norms, stories, humanizing of the issue.  This 60% is what will make the difference. ⁠⠀
