The "house of horrors" in Olney has been linked to seven women as law enforcement continues a complicated and expansive investigation.

A clinical psychologist said that Raymond "R.C." Horsch, who lived at the home on Chew Avenue until he died in 2025, was a predator with a pattern of sadistic sexual behavior and violence.

"This is a preying ground for people who are sociopaths, generally speaking, and want to hurt women," said Dr. Geri-Lynn Utter, a psychologist who grew up in Kensington.
