The Uttar Pradesh government, in partnership with Times Network, is taking startup and welfare schemes directly to college campuses across the state

Students can access an interest-free loan of up to ₹5 lakh under CM YUVA, and startup support of up to ₹5 crore under the UP Startup Policy 2026

At campus pitch events, students get to present their ideas directly to Shark Tank India founders and VCs, with cash prizes and same-day job offers on the table 🚀

The campaign has already covered Kanpur, Agra, Lucknow, Mathura, and Bareilly, with its next stop in Saharanpur on 23rd September 2026 📍
