IAG is the southern hemisphere’s largest insurance group, owning several of Australia and New Zealand’s marquee brands. They had established GenAI as a strategic priority helping employees understand its potential in an insurance context. But for many, building an agent still felt technical, complex or “not for people like me”. The next challenge was to move beyond awareness and individual experimentation, inspiring leaders and teams across IAG’s eight divisions to collaborate on creating agents that delivered meaningful business value.
