All my life I have been fascinated by the discovery of the nature of reality.

I have dedicated my life to exploring one of the deepest questions we can ask:

Who am I, really? What is reality?
And what is ultimately Real?

Through meditation, Self-inquiry, ancient wisdom, and the teachings of Vedanta, I kept returning to the same realization:

The body changes.
The mind changes.
Thoughts change.
Emotions change.
Objects change.
The world changes.

And whatever is constantly changing cannot be ultimately Real.

According to the ancient wisdom of Self-realization and Vedanta, reality can be understood in layers:

The Absolute / Self
↓
Pure Awareness
↓
Consciousness — “I Am”
↓
Mind
↓
Body and senses
↓
The experienced world

You are not the body.
You are not the mind.
You are not your thoughts, emotions, memories, or circumstances.

All of these appear, change, and disappear.

The Self does not.

The Self is the changeless Awareness in which consciousness, mind, body, and the entire world appear.

You are not what comes and goes.
You are That which remains.

The timeless Self.
The changeless Awareness.
The Absolute.

William Blake expressed a strikingly similar insight:

“In your own Bosom you bear your Heaven
And Earth, & all you behold, tho it appears Without it is Within
In your Imagination of which this World of Mortality is but a Shadow.”
— William Blake

What we experience as the outer world may be only the appearance.

From the highest Vedantic view, there is only One Reality appearing as many.

If you truly seek enlightenment, you begin to let go of many things the world assumes are necessary.

Awakening is not about becoming a new, improved, or more successful personality. It is not another identity to build.

It is the letting go of attachments, ambitions, labels, and the mind’s endless thinking.

Even manifestation can become another trap—strengthening desire, attachment, and the need to become.

You do not become more.
You begin to see through everything you believed yourself to be. This is not a learning process. This is an unlearning process, the way of surrendering to the Self. ♾❤️♾ #BeyondTheGameOfLifeBook amazon #IrynaDalton
