Welcome to our CSULB COMM #SeniorSpotlight! Today we are highlighting Crystal Gonzalez.🎓

Crystal is a 2022 graduate who majored in communication studies. After graduating, her career plan is to find a good-paying job in anything media, marketing, entertainment, or radio.

Her plan for this summer is to work or find a career in what she loves.☀️

Her best memory at The Beach was "making friends throughout my two years at the beach, and although it was through zoom, we became a comm family and really good friends!" she said.

Lastly, Crystal shares some advice. "People always bring you down for being “just a communication major,” but they don’t understand that it’s more than just speaking," she said. "We learned to be rhetors throughout our years studying communication. I am proud of all comm majors graduating this year because we are more than “just people who speak.”

Congratulations Crystal Gonzalez on a great career at California State University, Long Beach and we wish you the best in your future endeavors!🎓🎉
