📍Welcome to our Study Abroad Spotlight, highlighting COMM faculty and students who participated in the study abroad program. ✈️ This past winter session, Dr. Derme, Dr. Kreiser, and CSULB students went to Barcelona, Spain. 🇪🇸

Today we are spotlighting Tristan Bonetto's experience going abroad.✨ Tristan is a transfer student majoring in communication studies. He took COMM 400: Nonverbal Communication with Dr. Derme during the winter study abroad in Spain. "It was great to learn nonverbal communication from a different cultural perspective than my own," he said.

Tristan's favorite memories from the trip were exploring the city and getting to know his fellow classmates. "The bonds you make with your classmates will last a lifetime," he said.
