Today is Day 10 — GUILT

This one hits differently because choosing yourself can feel uncomfortable when you’ve spent years being available to everyone else.

I release the guilt attached to choosing myself.

I can love people deeply and still choose me.
I can say no without writing a paragraph explaining why.
I can protect my peace without feeling guilty for disappointing someone.
I can change my mind, change direction, outgrow spaces—and still be a loving woman.

Choosing myself doesn’t mean I love anyone else less. It means I finally stopped loving myself last.

And THAT is part of my becoming.
