Sometimes the loudest critic in your life isn’t another person. It’s the voice inside your own head.

You talk yourself out of trying before you even begin.
You replay every mistake while barely giving yourself credit for how far you’ve come.
And you say things to yourself you would NEVER say to someone you love.

Here’s what I want you to remember:

Just because the voice is yours doesn’t mean everything it says is true.

Start catching the thought before you automatically believe it.

Then ask yourself:
Would I say this to someone I care about?

If the answer is no, you don’t deserve to hear it either. ❤️
