🚨 You can’t keep abandoning yourself to prove how much you care about everyone else.

If everyone else’s needs automatically come before yours…
If you feel guilty spending time, money, or energy on yourself…
And if someone asks, “What do YOU want?” and you don’t even know how to answer…

Those aren’t signs that you’re selfless.

They may be signs that you’ve been putting yourself last for so long, you’ve lost touch with the person you’re supposed to be taking care of too: YOU.

You are allowed to have needs.
You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to want things simply because they matter to you.

Maybe today you start with one question:

What do I want?
