We’re not quite ready to say goodbye to summer. 🍑💜☀️
So we’re holding onto those last few days with Call me Peach, a refreshing cocktail featuring our Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, juicy fresh peach, zesty lime, cinnamon-infused orgeat, and aromatic bitters. ✨

Bright, juicy, subtly spiced, and perfectly refreshing. Basically, a little taste of summer to keep the season going just a little bit longer. 😉

CALL ME PEACH🍑 
2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, split
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Cinnamon-Infused Orgeat
½ Peach, chopped and muddled
2-3 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Mint and Peach Fan, for garnish

METHOD: Chop half a peach and add to a cocktail shaker with lime juice, orgeat, and bitters. Muddle until the peach is well mashed. Add 1 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin and crushed ice, then shake briefly to chill. Fine-strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice, adding more ice as needed. Float the remaining 1 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin over the top and garnish with a mint sprig and peach fan. Enjoy!
