#TSRUpdatez: A woman who previously accused #JayZ of sexually assaulting her when she was 13 has now formally stated that her allegations against him were false.
_____________________________________
The woman, identified in court documents as Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit in 2024 claiming Jay-Z and #Diddy assaulted her at a party following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards. She later dropped the lawsuit in 2025.

In a new court declaration filed Thursday, the woman said she has never met or spoken to Jay-Z and that he “never raped” her or engaged in any inappropriate conduct toward her. She also acknowledged that her previous claims involving Jay-Z and Combs were false and apologized for the harm her accusations caused.

Jay-Z had repeatedly denied the allegations and later sued the woman and her attorneys. He is still pursuing legal action against her former lawyers, including attorney #TonyBuzbee.

The woman also stated that she was never threatened by Jay-Z or anyone acting on his behalf, contradicting previous claims from Buzbee that Jay-Z’s investigators had pressured her to recant her allegations. (📸: gettyimages) ✍🏾: #TSRStaffLG
