Cheers to the kids that save us mamas from joining the serious adults, and help us remember the joy of life.
Cheers to the mamas keeping it together even when we are falling apart, and find the strength and courage to be there for their children no matter what. 

In the days and the nights 
We are carried by life
By the love that simply 
Makes all life be alive. 

Motherhood is a devotional act
A sacrifice a sacred office, offering our life
To those carrying on the future
Together only togehter 
By our love
We walk
Through the light and the storm
Together we see the nights and the sunrise 
When the endless acts of love 
continue second by second
Remember 
We are not here to prove nothing to no one
But to show up for them and god. 
Knowing in our hearts 
We did the best we could how we could
The healing we had to go through with them in our arms
Even Noone has seen the tears 
God has, they have, and out of love 
And vulnerability and magic  we alchemize
And heal that that many generations have endured.

We stop the ball rolling 
If it's not healthy
Catch it. 
Dont let it roll in the same.
You have a choice.
Chose love.
And roll the new wave
For those even yet to come.

Stay strong mamas
Teach your kids everything
Values morals 
How to let go of people's bad vibes.
All the jealousy and bullies, how to be kind and compassionate.
But also how to not take shit from no one. 
And put your foot down, when is needed.

Cause if you don't 
They will Walk over you and your children will allow that too. 

And most importantly 
Remember you are no walking alone.
You are walking with something so powerful under our feet and above us. 
Within us and around us. 

You are loved and nurtured by every breath.
When you feel like you can't any more.
Drop it all and breathe
And teach the kids to be the same.

Life is not all about stimulations.
Is simple like a tree standing
Just like those ancient trees
The secret remains in the stillness and presence of it all
We are given a gift 
The gift of life
The present is in the present moment
