A lot can happen when you just keep showing up!

From training alone during COVID, to finding ohiospeedacademy my senior year, to becoming a D1 athlete, to injuries, doubts, All-American honors, conference titles, and eventually standing on an NCAA podium.

There are so many people behind the athlete I am today. My high school coaches, my jumps coach, my OSA coaches and teammates, my college coaches and teammates, and my family and friends have all played a part in this journey. ❤️

I think my younger self would be pretty proud of how far we’ve come.

And the best part? I’m not done yet! 🤍
