ERITREA ON TOP 🇪🇷

runwithdawit shocks the WORLD to win the 2026 World Road 5km title, using a bold push to the finish from 1km out to sneak-attack pre-race favorites Jakob Ingebrigtsen 🇳🇴 and Jimmy Gressier 🇫🇷 and claim gold in 12:56. His countryman Saymon Amanuel finishes third to put TWO Eritrean men on the podium, the first road medalists for the nation since 2018.
