(To me) Being a coach doesn’t just mean pushing people to change their bodies , it can also mean encouraging people to change and improve their life. Meet new people, form new relationships and build friendships on common ground.

SweatBox was always supposed to be so much more than a place for your body and your fitness. It’s really become a place for everyone at any stage of life to come together and feel welcome. Yes, we want to help you improve your health markers but ultimately that’s just 1 piece of your puzzle and days like the “Outside The Box” Sunday was just so wholesome watching everyone socialise while they show up for themselves and their fitness. I’ll never take it for granted and this community serves me so much every day with their welcoming faces when I come home.

Alpha boy part of the official field fitness crew in his cute wee personalised and very official sweatbox bandana from melaniegilligan 🖤
