Between a busy day and getting to the gym, dinner completely slipped my mind. So I grabbed my Trader Joe’s Honey Walnut Shrimp, added a few extras, made my Instant Pot fried rice and somehow had a whole gourmet-looking dinner on the table in 10 minutes! 🍤🍚
