But by eating a plant-based diet, not only are you going to have better recovery, less inflammation, and a healthier body inside and out - you’re also going to be vegan for the animals which gives you an undisputed advantage. When you’re putting others above yourself and trying to find ways to make the world a better place, going into the gym knowing that you’re going to be judged for wearing a vegan shirt or standing up for the rights of others, it gives you an additional willpower and strength better than anything else.
