1 Season. 2 Pro Cards. 4 Shows. 0 lives taken to build this vegan muscle. rosiee.lifts has had anything but a typical first season as a Bikini Bodybuilder. She’s taken to the stage and again and again proven that plants have all the protein we need. And more than that, being vegan for the animals gives you a competitive advantage to reach new levels. 

Rosie’s first season is done. We’re now taking a step back. Beginning an 8 week reverse diet phase to controllably raise her food intake and start to reduce stressors like cardio. Still training heavy though. And starting to work on weak points before the next bodybuilding prep season.
