✨JUST CLOSED | 2048 QUAIL ROOST DRIVE | HUNTERS POINTE

A total transformation—and the results speak for themselves.

This one-story Weston Hills home underwent an incredible top-to-bottom 2026 renovation with more than $350,000 in upgrades—and the icing on the cake was professional staging that brought the entire transformation to life.

SOLD AT $575 PER SQUARE FOOT!

From the brand-new flat tile roof and full impact windows and doors to the contemporary kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, large-format porcelain flooring, new landscaping and beautifully updated interiors, this home was completely reimagined for today’s buyer.

Add peaceful lake views, a fenced yard, room for a pool and a coveted location in Hunters Pointe at Weston Hills Country Club, and the result was a move-in-ready home that showed like a Perfect 10.

This closing is a great reminder: renovation creates value, but presentation helps buyers see it.

Congratulations to our sellers on an outstanding result!
