It can also increase the weight you’re responsible for carrying. More visibility can bring more criticism. More leadership can mean harder decisions. More opportunity can create greater responsibility. More people depending on you can raise the stakes when you get something wrong. That’s why building your business, career, or finances without also building yourself can eventually create a dangerous imbalance. You need systems for the external pressure. But you also need the internal capacity to live with uncertainty. To receive criticism without allowing it to define you. To make difficult decisions when there isn’t a perfect answer. To recover when you get something wrong. And sometimes—to recognize when the weight is becoming too heavy and ask for help carrying it. That’s part of capacity too. Success shouldn’t require you to become emotionally invincible. It requires you to become increasingly capable of navigating the reality that comes with what you’re building. So while you’re working on the business… While you’re strengthening the finances… While you’re pursuing the next opportunity… Don’t neglect the person doing the building. Because a strong external structure still needs a strong foundation underneath it. 🔒 This video is part of the Luxe Manifest Inner Circle—where we go deeper into the ideas, strategies, and conversations behind building a life of greater freedom, ownership, purpose, and possibility.
