recipe in caption below for my STICKY BEEF MISO RAMEN BOWLS, made in T-30 minutes from start to finish, using my ThermadorHome stove top. There’s minimal chopping in this recipe (yay!), so your stove top does all the work. As you know, all of my appliances are Thermador—purchasing Thermador was a big decision I made when remodeling my kitchen and I am happy with my choice. Their appliances are the key to getting food properly cooked every time and the quality is unparalleled 🙌🏼. So pretty too #Thermador #ThermadorStar #NoOneElse⁣

Makes 4 servings⁣
STICKY BEEF⁣
1/2 cup chicken broth⁣
2 tsp arrowroot or cornstarch⁣
3 tb dark soy sauce (or low sodium soy sauce)⁣
1 tb maple syrup⁣
1 tb sesame oil⁣
1/4 tsp ground black or white pepper⁣
1 tb avocado oil⁣
1 lb lean ground beef 93/7⁣
1 tb ginger, minced⁣
1 tb garlic, minced⁣
⁣
BROTH⁣
1 tb red curry paste⁣
1 tb white miso⁣
1 tb cashew butter (or peanut butter)⁣
2 tb dark soy sauce (or low sodium soy)⁣
1 tb maple syrup ⁣
2 1/2 cups chicken broth⁣
1 14-oz can full fat coconut milk⁣
1 tsp kosher salt⁣
6 oz uncooked ramen noodles⁣
⁣
Garnishes: chopped cucumbers, sesame seeds, cilantro, chili crisp oil⁣
⁣
First make the sauce. In a bowl, whisk together the broth and arrowroot/cornstarch. Once smooth, add remaining ingredients (soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil and pepper) and set aside. Next, heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the beef and leave it undisturbed for 3-4 min so it can get brown and crispy. Then mash the beef into small pieces and continue cooking, stirring only occasionally, until browned all over. Reduce heat to medium, and add the ginger and garlic, stirring 1 min. Pour in the sauce, stirring 1 min more until the beef is sticky and coated well. Transfer the meat to a plate. ⁣
⁣
In the same pan, add the curry, miso, cashew butter, soy sauce, and maple syrup. Stir into a thick paste. Add the broth, coconut milk, and salt, whisking again. Finally, add the ramen. Simmer for 5-10 min until the ramen is cooked. Remove from heat and serve. In bowls, divide the noodles. Then add a big scoop of beef, followed by the br
