Get ready for a masterclass in hip hop longevity as Demrick and Scoop Deville join the show to discuss their legendary careers. These two veterans have been behind some of the most iconic moments in rap, from the Serial Killers movement to producing global hits for Kendrick Lamar and Snoop Dogg. In this deep dive, they share the secrets to staying relevant in an ever-changing industry and the importance of honoring the pioneers who came before them.

Demrick opens up about his journey from Spokane to Philadelphia and eventually landing in Los Angeles under the wing of Kurupt and B-Real. He discusses the transition from being a hype man for legends to becoming a prolific solo artist with over 30 albums under his belt. Meanwhile, Scoop Deville reflects on his upbringing as the son of Kid Frost and how he earned his own stripes by learning from production greats like Battlecat and Fredwreck.

The conversation gets even deeper as they recount the five-year process behind the massive record Calm Down featuring Busta Rhymes and Eminem. You will also hear about their new collaborative project, Green Noise, and the lessons they have learned about the business side of music. To top it all off, stick around for an incredible live freestyle session where both artists show exactly why they are still at the top of their game.
